Shipping and returns

What is the shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout, based on the delivery address and the selected shipping method (Standard or Express).

Before completing your purchase, you can view the exact shipping cost with no obligation.
When will my order be shipped?

If all items are already ready, your order will be shipped within 1-2 business days (barring unforeseen circumstances).

However, if your order includes the creation of a necklace or beaded bracelet, the preparation time is 4-5 business days, as each piece is made to order.
How long does shipping take?

Once handed over to the courier, delivery generally takes 4-5 business days, according to the shipping service's estimated timeframe. Any delays or delivery issues are solely the responsibility of the courier and are beyond our control.
Can I return my order?

Yes, you have 14 days from receipt of the order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the jewelry must be in the same perfect condition in which you received it, and must never have been worn. It must also be shipped with the original packaging.

To arrange a return, send us an email at serradinverno@gmail.com and we will be happy to help you.

To speed up the processing of the request, we ask you to indicate in your email:

  • the name under which you placed the order;
  • the order number;
  • the reason for the return or exchange (optional, but very useful to offer you the fastest solution).

Please note that some items cannot be returned or replaced, such as earrings (for hygiene reasons) and personalized items.

The costs and responsibility of the return shipping are borne by the customer until receipt of the package at our premises. We cannot be held responsible for any losses, damages, or delays caused by third-party couriers.

We recommend that you pack the items carefully and use a trackable shipping service.

Materials and care for our jewelry

What material are the jewelry pieces made of?

Our pendants are entirely handmade from cold porcelain. The metal parts of the jewelry are made of stainless steel. We use only glass pearls, Japanese glass beads, and freshwater pearls.
How can I take care of my jewelry?

Our jewelry is entirely handmade and requires some care to preserve its beauty over time. Being handmade, each piece of jewelry is unique: small differences in shape, color, or finish attest to its uniqueness.

We recommend that you:

  • avoid contact with water and heat sources;
  • do not spray perfume directly on the jewelry;
  • remove it before exercising;
  • avoid contact with clothing that may bleed color, as it could stain the pendant;
  • take it off before going to sleep;
  • store it separately from other jewelry to prevent scratches or impacts.

With these simple precautions, your jewelry will maintain its appearance for longer.
How can I clean jewelry?

For cleaning, simply use a soft, dry cloth, gently rubbing the surface of the jewelry.

We advise against using water, detergents, alcohol, or other chemicals, as they could damage the pendant.

Custom commissions

Will the jewelry look exactly like my dog/cat/rabbit, etc.?

Each commission is handmade, inspired by your pet, but it is not a perfect or hyper-realistic reproduction.

Our goal is to capture their most recognizable features and reinterpret them in our style. We will always do our best to create a piece of jewelry that represents them as faithfully as possible.
Which and how many photos do I need to send?

To achieve the best result, we ask you to send up to 4 clear photographs of your pet.

The images must clearly show:

  • the face;
  • the sides of the face and body;
  • any particular details of the coat;
  • any feature you consider important.

The clearer and better lit the photos are, the easier it will be to reproduce the details.
Can I report any special features?

Of course, it is important to communicate any distinctive details, for example:

  • the color of the nose (pink, black, brown, etc.);
  • the color of the paw pads;
  • unique markings;
  • characteristic marks or other details that must not be missed.

This information helps us make the jewelry more similar to your pet (where possible).
Can I request eyes of a specific color?

As a stylistic choice, we make all the eyes black.

This is one of the elements that characterizes our style and allows us to achieve a harmonious, soft, and recognizable result. For this reason, we do not make eyes in different colors.
When do you open for business?

We do not open commissions at fixed times. Generally, we open them 3–4 times a year, depending on our availability.

Spots on the waitlist are limited, as we want to dedicate the right amount of time to each creation and ensure a polished, high-quality result.
How long does it take to create a custom commission?

Custom commissions generally take about 2-3 months to complete.

Each piece of jewelry is modeled and finished entirely by hand, with great attention to detail. For this reason, production times are longer.
